Returns Period

We offer a free return service for all orders. You may initiate a return for any reason within 30 days of receiving your items.


Item Condition

To qualify for a refund, all products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for a refund and could be sent back to you.


How to Initiate a Return

The return process is designed to be as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below:

  • Request a Return: Email our team at elvaan.shop@gmail.com including your order number, the specific products you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Collection: Once your request is confirmed, Elvaan will organise for the items to be collected from your provided address at no additional cost to you.
  • Return Identification: Please include a note with your order number inside the package so our team can identify your items immediately upon arrival.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at elvaan.shop@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different size or a different garment entirely, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item through our website.
