Orders and Payments

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely dispatch. For this reason, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed. If you no longer wish to keep your item, you are welcome to return it in line with our Returns Policy.

Can I add items to an existing order?

We are unable to add items to an order once it has been placed. Please place a separate order for any additional garments.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

While you can check out as a guest, we encourage customers to create an account to track orders easily, manage returns and save details for a faster checkout next time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Apple Pay, PayPal, and standard debit and credit cards. If you choose PayPal at checkout, you can simply pay using your debit or credit card as you would with any other online store without creating a PayPal account. All payments are processed securely.

 

Delivery and Shipping

Where do you deliver?

Elvaan currently offers delivery services exclusively within the United Kingdom.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £75. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of £3.50 applies.

How long will my delivery take?

Following a brief handling period, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer bespoke gift wrapping or personalised messages at this time, though our items are always packaged with the highest level of care.

 

Returns and Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Is the return service free?

Yes, we provide a free home collection service for all returns within the United Kingdom.

How do I book a return collection?

Simply email elvaan.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return; our team will then coordinate a collection from your address.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Sizing and Products

How do I find my correct size?

Sizing is based on the chest measurement. Detailed dimensions for each garment can be found in our Size Chart on the product page.

Are the trousers a fixed size?

Sizing is based on the chest measurement and the Size Chart for Kurtas includes corresponding waist and length sizes for the trousers. Our trousers also feature a secure button fastening and an elasticated waistband at both the front and back, providing a flexible and comfortable fit across the range of sizes.

Do you offer alterations or custom sizing?

We do not currently offer alterations or custom sizing.

All garments are produced in standard chest sizes to ensure consistency in fit and finish. We recommend referring carefully to our size guide before placing your order.

If you are between sizes or unsure, we suggest selecting the closest fit and consulting a local tailor for minor adjustments if required.

How do I care for my garments?

To preserve the quality and intricate patterns, all Elvaan garments are dry clean only except for the Mandarin Collar shirt which is machine washable.

Where are your products made?

All items are designed and manufactured in India, celebrating authentic heritage through modern tailoring.
